We are pleased to offer PAN India shipping to our customers. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on the location.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
STANDARD SHIPPING: 5-7 business days
EXPRESS SHIPPING: 2-3 business days
ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. If you provide an incorrect address, we are not responsible for lost shipments. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
The Sitara Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, The Sitara Store will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
